UX/UI Designer

Develop ideas and solutions with the business team to improve user experiences while meeting business goals

Collaborate on the execution of user research to understand users’ behaviors, validate design solutions, and identify product gaps

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that follow usability best practices and deliver intuitive user experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

6+ years of experience in UX/UI design of web or mobile applications

Portfolio demonstrating a history of delivering quality products, roles and responsibilities, and design processes used

Proficiency in design tools such as:

• Figma (wireframe, prototyping, design system)

• Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)

• Other industry-standard design tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions

Experience or willingness to mentor and upskill other designers
