Market & Consumer Analysis: Deeply understand market trends and consumer needs, using insights to innovate pricing display strategies that increase product appeal.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives, optimizing the channel layout and functions.
Design Process Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to implementation, ensuring design quality and timely project execution.
Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Track and evaluate design performance regularly, using data feedback to continuously improve design strategies and user satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related disciplines.
Experience: More than 1 year of experience in e-commerce design, with preference for candidates who have experience with Southeast Asian markets or competitive product design.
Skills:
Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong aesthetic sense and innovative thinking, with solid visual and UI design skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of e-commerce user experience, with the ability to make data-driven design decisions to optimize design impact.
