Position Summary

Vinamilk is seeking a versatile and trend-savvy UGC Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos and complementary visual assets that resonate with today’s digital audiences. This hybrid role blends video production with graphic design, focusing on creating raw, authentic content in TikTok-style formats while maintaining a visually compelling and brand-consistent aesthetic.

You’ll be responsible for shooting and editing quick-turnaround videos, designing overlays and thumbnails, and crafting static posts that feel native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook. This is a creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media culture and knows how to make content that sticks — both in motion and in design.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot & edit short-form videos for TikToks, Reels and other platforms with a UGC-style demos, and meme-based content using trending formats and audio, adding captions, effects and transitions.

• Stay on top of platform trends and adapt content formats to maximize reach and engagement.

• Design overlays, thumbnails, and branded elements that enhance video content.

• Create static posts in UGC-style formats, leveraging trends, memes, and platform-native aesthetics.

• Ensure all visuals reflect Vinamilk’s brand tone while preserving the organic, creator-driven look and feel.

• Work closely with content creators and strategists to align visuals and videos with campaign goals.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights.

• 2–3 years of experience in short-form content creation, graphic design, or social media production.

• Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram Reels, meme culture, and platform-native aesthetics.

• Proficiency in shooting and editing content using mobile or desktop tools.

• Solid portfolio showcasing UGC-style visuals and trend-based design.

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of humor, timing, and adaptability.
