Key Responsibilities

Analyze purchasing needs and assess supplier capabilities to ensure alignment with production and quality requirements.

Manage procurement activities while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor and control inventory levels to support production flow and minimize excess stock.

Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality standards and support supplier evaluations.

Ensure all procurement processes comply with internal policies and procedures.

Handle purchasing-related accounting procedures, including cost tracking and documentation.

Collaborate with the engineering team on product localization planning.

Lead the team in achieving cost reduction targets through negotiation and process improvement.

Guide, coach, and train team members to continuously develop their competencies.
