Treasury Accounting Senior Specialist

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient use of funds.

• Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and reports.

Treasury Operations:

• Bank account management including daily/weekly/monthly bank report, bank transaction posting & reconciliation.

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to execute transactions including payments, collections, and foreign exchange operations.

• Treasury master data management including bank authorization, dealing mandate, master data creation for Bank group/ Bank Key/ House bank/ Account ID

• Vendor master data management follow company policies & procedures.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks such as currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and credit risks.

• Implement strategies to mitigate identified risks in collaboration with the treasury team.

Compliance and Controls:

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.

• Conduct regular reviews of treasury processes to identify areas for improvement.

Audits: 

• Support internal and external audits by preparing treasury data and responding to audit requests.

• Join internal audit/compliance/tax task force team as per management request.

• Join company inventory checking/fixed assets checking/scrapping event as per management request.

Stakeholder Communication: 

• Communicating accounting information to management and other stakeholders, participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives. 

Skills and Qualifications

• Nâng cao kiến thức chuyên môn và giải quyết vấn đề trong phạm vi thực hiện và quy trình đã được định sẵn.

• Giải quyết các vấn đề bằng việc phân tích các dữ liệu xung quanh có thể nắm bắt đươcj.

• Đánh giá những quy trình và những thủ tục đã được định sẵn và đưa ra hành động phù hợp.

• Nhận những hướng dẫn chung chung về những nhiệm vụ thông thường và hướng dẫn chi tiết với những nhiệm vụ hoặc dự án mới.

• Yêu cầu 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại lĩnh vực liên quan với bằng cử nhân, không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm với bằng cấp cao hơn.
