Transfer Pricing Specialist (Taxation)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and maintain transfer pricing policies for the group companies
• Review and analyze the transactions within the group companies to comply with transfer pricing policies
• Perform risk analysis of group companies by reviewing the operations and identifying potential transfer pricing issues
• Primary responsible and accountable for the preparation tax calculation and tax submission of monthly and annual per requirements and manage tax returns
• Implement and monitor Local Tax Policy and work instruction in accordance with company Group Tax guidance to ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Coordinate with interface functions and Tax Authorities to complete tax audit in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Economic or related field.
• At least 3 years of direct working experience in Transfer Pricing from leading firms
• At least 5 years of working experience in Tax Accounting, Financial Accounting and Accounting Reconciliation with experiences in Transfer Pricing
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing and Global Transfer Pricing Laws
• Knowledge of Local taxation process & regulations and Double Taxation Agreement
• Experience in Project management within limited timeline and stakeholder management
• Strong in Interpersonal skills and Communication skills
• Proficient in English
