Supporting the commercial team on daily activities related to trade administration (for e.g. issue trade confirmation, system input, sending contracts to customers, etc.)
Entering contracts against trade entries
Pre and Post-trade negotiation of contractual terms with customers, traders and trade execution teams
Ensure compliance with contract management policy and all relevant in-house policies and processes
Follow up on return of countersigned contracts & maintain complete and accurate contract files
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely appropriations against sales
Identify and interpret market trends, including supply/demand, import and export data and competitor analyses, assist to compile & analyze import/export data & statistics
Interact and build strong relationship with customer, vendors, and team members.
Your Profile
Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / International Business, Trade or related field
Work experience in the agriculture market, would be a plus
High level of compliance and the rule of law
Fluency in English and Thai, reading, writing, speaking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
Meticulous, strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
