TikTok Shop - Marketing Communication Specialist (Thailand)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Communication Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing communication plan for promotion campaigns (e.g. Mega Sales 9.9, Payday) and branding campaigns (e.g. TikTok Shop awareness)
- Plan the key messages, suitable contents and budget for both online and offline marketing channels to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor movement to leverage opportunities to drive growth
- Continuously improve contents via A/B testing and performance monitoring
2. Execution:
- Responsible for the end-to-end project management and execution of marketing communication plans, including creative development, content creation, budget management, implementation, and performance reporting
- Use relevant media monitoring tools to track channel performance and make data-driven decisions for content improvement and media budget optimization
- Conduct post-campaign market research to understand customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
3. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing communication budgets effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to key stakeholders
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with campaigns, channel marketing, platform operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing communication plans with promotion details and implementation timeline
- Collaborate with the design team and external agencies for creative development and content creation that align with marketing key messages
- Cooperate with relevant marketing channel owners and analytics teams to report and provide insights on channel performance and propose action plans for future improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- At least 2 years of work experience with a focus on marketing communication or media planning
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools, and Excel or Google Sheets to interpret data and generate insights for content and media performance improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong executional ability, and high attention to detail for content accuracy
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management
