Job Description

  • Serve as the Key Contact for coordinating with clients and internal teams, leading communication between internal teams, external representatives, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are delivered according to goals, briefs, and timelines.

  • Understand project details and monitor progress to ensure it meets the set KPIs, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams, from receiving briefs, analyzing work plans, creating timelines, to preparing reports for progress updates.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of KOLs and online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and analyze campaign objectives for maximum effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams for smooth collaboration.

  • Have strong negotiation skills to balance the interests of both the company and the team.

  • Be quick and resourceful in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all campaign aspects, verifying that no errors occur and the project stays on track to meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or within a Digital Agency (Experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management will be considered an advantage).

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects effectively.

  • Ability to plan, track progress, and coordinate tasks seamlessly.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance the interests of both the company and clients.

  • Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and resourcefully.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks to achieve project goals.

  • Knowledge of KOLs: Familiarity with KOLs and online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

  • Proficiency in relevant digital tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
