Job Summary
To produce Personalized Surgical Instruments (PSI) by processing patient medical images, under controlled processes.
Responsibilities
- Segments patient medical images to create bone models (3D bone reconstruction) following PSI e-Manufacturing instructions.
- Verifies and approves patient medical images received from clients following e-Manufacturing instructions.
- Maintains case records properly documented according to PSI e-Manufacturing instructions.
- Takes part in continuous improvement activities.
- Perform general duties as assigned by team leader, supervisor, and management.
Education / Experience & Requirements
- College or university diploma in 3D Art or Mechanical Technician; and/or relevant industry experience in mechanical drawings or 3D modeling.
- Welcome new graduates with portfolio basic of basic skills required.
- 0-4 years of experience in 2D/3D design with auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya or other related would be beneficial.
- Meticulous and Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow English written instructions.
- Care and most concerned about the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and integrity.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete deliverables.
- Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
- Computer skills.
