Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive technical assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of residential photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, supporting sales and project execution. • Provide frontline technical support to customers onsite and via service calls within designated regions. • Assist in the design of solar and storage solutions using corporate or third-party software tools. • Collaborate with account managers by preparing and presenting technical proposals to facilitate deal closures. Training and Knowledge Sharing: • Conduct technical training sessions and clarify technical concepts and product details for clients and internal teams. • Develop technical documentation such as procedures, specifications, and presentations, leveraging materials from headquarters. Service and After-Sales Support: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to new and existing solar installations. • Manage service requests and coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Perform additional technical duties as assigned by supervisors.
