Technical Staff - Mechanical Engineering: Earn Up to 30 Million VND/Month (Based in Tam Nong, Phu Tho)

• Manage mechanical fabrication and multi-material projects:

Oversee the entire process from blueprint review and production planning to complete installation of products or construction items that combine multiple materials such as stainless steel, wood, plastic, silicone, die-cast zinc, etc.

• Assist in creating preliminary cost estimates:

Materials, manufacturing processes, mold/processing costs

• Collaborate in new product development:

Support R&D in improving designs, selecting appropriate structures to optimize production, provide design input from a manufacturing perspective (Design for Manufacturing - DFM).

• Monitor and provide technical feedback:

Assist in handling technical issues arising during sampling and production, coordinate with QC to ensure products meet customer technical requirements.

• Work directly with customers:

Receive and analyze technical requirements from customers, advise on implementation plans, and accurately communicate them to relevant departments (design, production, assembly, etc.).

• Find & work with suppliers:

Proactively find and evaluate domestic/foreign suppliers for raw materials, components, molds, etc. Negotiate technical conditions, delivery schedules, and input quality for projects.

• Supervise project implementation:

Track the progress of production, processing, and assembly at each stage. Coordinate to resolve arising issues and ensure projects are completed according to technical requirements and agreed timelines.
