Tax Accountant

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Comply to local tax regulation, internal control and group guideline,
• Ensure accuracy and timely for tax filing of VAT, WHT, SBT etc.,
• Prepare payment request and booking entry according to authority table,
• Regularly follow up tax invoice and clear suspense of Input Vat,
• Keep filing tax invoices, withholding taxes certificate and tax report according to the legislation,
• Correctly calculate interest and surcharge if any,
• Provide data and supporting document for Tax audit,
• Ensure correctness of accounting entry for tax transaction and reconciliation for appropriate outstanding balance,
• Set provision for Tax coupon and reconciliation,
• Forecast cash inflow/outflow related to tax matter,
• Handle duty stamp

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting,
• At least 3-year working experience in tax compliance, tax filing and tax accounting,
• Good understanding of VAT, WHT and accounting entry including reconciliations,
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player,
• Strong analytical skills with creative thinking,
• Business oriented mind with self-confidence,
• Good communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English,
• Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
