Resourcing Leadership: Provide leadership in resourcing for Celestica’s sites in Thailand and Laos, which have more than 5000 employees.
Strategic Development: Develop and implement the overall resourcing strategy for recruitment and internal staffing for the sites/countries.
Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the regional HR head to create a regional recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition Management: Manage the Talent Acquisition team, acting as an expert consultant to HR and line management on resourcing initiatives.
Policy Support: Model and support the Global Resourcing Policy and Guiding Principles to help achieve business goals.
Metrics and Reporting: Ensure implementation of resourcing trackers and monthly metrics, with reports rolled up to the regional level for global consolidation.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager with a comprehensive understanding of selection methods and techniques.
Technology Utilization: Proficiency with social media, job boards, and openness to learning new tools in talent acquisition.
Legislative Knowledge: Understanding of HR legislation and company HR policies, particularly in staffing and labour relations.
Consulting Skills: Ability to consult with various internal stakeholders to provide effective end-to-end resourcing solutions.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of staffing specialists and manage vendor relationships.
External Representation: Skill in representing Celestica to external parties such as suppliers, research forums, and task forces.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer applications such as PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Thai and English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Competency Framework: Advanced proficiency in interpersonal and leadership competencies as per Celestica's Competency Framework.
Typical Experience:
Experience Required: Seven to ten years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or resourcing management.
