Design, implement, and manage technical solutions to enhance and optimize the company’s core systems, including POS, TMS, Pickup Counter, OMS, and more.
Ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of all system designs and implementations.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
Analyze system functionality and propose improvements or solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Oversee the integration of new software solutions with existing systems to ensure compatibility and smooth operations.
Identify gaps between current systems and business requirements and recommend solutions.
Design program architecture and establish connections between various systems.
Develop IT systems to meet the requirements of various departments on a daily basis.
Supervise program development to ensure timely completion according to established timelines.
Manage changes in system requirements (Change Requirements) to align with user needs and resolve system issues promptly to avoid workflow disruptions.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in systems engineering, system analysis, or similar roles in the software development or IT industry.
Extensive experience in enterprise system architecture, development, and integration (ERP, POS, Loyalty, CRM systems).
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and expertise in business process optimization.
Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and delivering projects on time.
