Job Description

  • Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels

  • Identify customer's needs, research existing issues, and provide strategic solutions

  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments

  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience

  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management for effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System

Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Post Graduate, Professional, or Master's Degree in any field

  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply

  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

  • Ability to multi-task and tailor responses using customer-provided information

  • Strong communication skills, effective listening, empathy, and good phone etiquette

  • Comfortable working with computers, multiple systems, and ability to learn new tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
