Job Description
Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels
Identify customer's needs, research existing issues, and provide strategic solutions
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience
Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest customer satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
Perform any other duties assigned by management for effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System
Requirements
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Post Graduate, Professional, or Master's Degree in any field
Preferably 2 years of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
Ability to multi-task and tailor responses using customer-provided information
Strong communication skills, effective listening, empathy, and good phone etiquette
Comfortable working with computers, multiple systems, and ability to learn new tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
