Strategic Planner (Vietnamese)

OBJECTIVE

The Strategic Planning Executive is responsible for supporting strategic execution, market analysis, and communication with the Korea HQ.

This role requires advanced Korean reporting capabilities as well as strong Vietnamese fluency to collaborate effectively with the local organization and external partners.

1. HQ Communication & Strategic Documentation

• Prepare reports, business reviews, and presentation decks for Korea HQ

• Respond to HQ requests, consolidate data, and manage follow-up actions

• Assist in developing annual and mid-term strategic plans and execution documents

2. Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct research on FMCG/BPC market trends, category insights, and competitor movements

• Identify business opportunities and risks

• Prepare briefing documents and strategic recommendations

3. Collaboration with Local Teams & Partners

• Communicate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, SCM, and other teams in Vietnamese

• Manage project timelines, coordination, and execution tasks

• Liaise with distributors, retailers, and external partners using Vietnamese

• University graduated related to Business field

• Fluent Vietnamese (capable of meetings, collaboration, and business-level communication)

• English communication at a business level

• Proficient in Korean-style business reporting and documentation (PPT/Excel/Word)

• Strategic planning, sales planning, or marketing planning

• Strong cultural adaptability and collaborative communication style

• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Strong multitasking and project coordination capabilities

• Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments

Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/BPC or other consumer goods industries

• SAP or other ERP systems, data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

• Vietnamese-fluent Korean Talent
