Strategic Planner

Position Details

Key accountabilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in detail, including demographics, socioeconomics and the market for the client's brands and products.
  • Liaise with account management team and clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of insights, trends and data and how this can better improved clients’ business output
  • Have a comprehensive understanding and able to hold discussions on business matters with clients.
  • Take leadership of the key accounts and responsible in writing creative brief, research brief and other campaign development process.
  • Analyzing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Act as an inspiring supporter to colleagues within the agency. Working closely with account management, social, creative and media team in delivering insightful and effective campaign.
  • Lead presentation with client.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, or Business Administration, or Economics with excellent academic background.
  • Working experience 1-3 years in strategic planning, advertising, marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent in analysis, planning, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Up to date on relevant marketing trends and innovation
  • Works well individually and as a team player
  • An inspiring storyteller
  • Computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Google Trends
  • Social monitoring tool is a plus
