Build & Maintain Relationships:
Proactively approach, search, develop, and sustain relationships with government agencies, large enterprises, organizations, associations, and other stakeholders related to the company’s business field.
Represent the company at programs, seminars, and external events to expand the partner network.
Policy Monitoring & Analysis:
Regularly follow, update, and monitor new policies, regulations, and directions from the Government and related Ministries in the company’s business sector.
Analyze the impact of such changes on business operations, propose suitable adjustments to management.
Business Opportunities Development:
Proactively propose, design, and implement cooperative programs or projects with external partners/organizations.
Collaborate with internal departments to turn opportunities into practical projects, helping maintain market share and achieve sales targets.
Advisory & Reporting:
Advise management on flexible scenarios, external relation strategies, and business development directions.
Consolidate and submit periodic (or ad-hoc) reports on external relations, policy environment analysis, and cooperation opportunities.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
Professional Skills:
Strong relationship-building, development, and maintenance skills.
Planning, project management, and implementation skills.
Negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills with partners and executives.
Other Skills:
Proactive, creative, with strategic and flexible problem-solving mindset.
Ability to leverage and apply AI in research, data analysis, automated reporting, and decision support.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in English (verbal and non-verbal)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner management or business development.
Preference for candidates with experience working with government agencies, large enterprises, or associations.
