    Position Details

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with related BUs to ensure bonds are carried out to be comply with regulatory requirements (BOT, SEC).
    • Work closely with IFC and related BUs (FM, RPCRI, COMM product team, etc.) to meet the obligations required by IFC Subscription Agreements. For the quarterly or annually, coordinate with BUs to incorporate information to one report as required by IFC and keep track on compliance with IFC financial ratios
    • Responsible for managing and supporting BU teams for equity investment portfolio, working closely with supporting BUs (Treasury Operation, FC, IT) to set up profiles, execute transactions in HIPORT system, update fair value, BOT regulatory reports etc.
    • For annually, manage to review and execute liquidity contingency plan to be align with BOT’s requirements.
    • Responsible for managing the operations of Cayman Islands Branch e.g. work closely with Compliance, appointed agency and liaison with local authorities to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
    • For quarterly, semi-annually and annually, work closely with FM, CPL to submit financial reports to local authority in Cayman Islands.
    • Review and prepare the presentation of the annual review of policies, POA, DOA, RCSA
    • Coordinating and collaborating with both internal and external related parties.
    • Supporting PAMCO on bond issuance documentation.
    • Ad hoc work as necessary


    Skills / Knowledge Needs

    • Strong attention to detail, ability to work accurately and commitment to quality and deadline.
    • Stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships.
    • Ability to deal with internal and external parties for effective results.
    • Knowledge of bond operation process
    • Good understanding of relevant regulations and control processes and able to deal with BORM and Audit.
    • Able to build relationships with value chains, Compliance, etc.
    • Good command of spoken and written in English.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word etc.)
