Role Description

• Organise wine and brand training for company employees

• Coordinate with other departments to hold training/events for Customers. (Display, prepare the wines during Events (decanting, opening time, temperature), and other related tasks.

• Support Sales departments to develop wine list/identify key items to add or replace customers’ wine selection

• Check Da Loc POS material and correct mistakes: Flyer /wine of the month/wine menu/wine list to print / Portfolio / Pricelist/quotation

• Check the quality of wines when returned by customers (corked/cooked/spoiled)

• Control Wine Storage conditions in Shops and Warehouses

• Identify the life cycle of products to propose action for the BOD properly

• Experience in the F&B department or Corporate Services Sales is plus
