Responsibilities:

• Work with a software development team to implement and setup software/application as client’s requirement

• Provide training and support with users to ensure they understand the functionality of software/application with English or Thai language depend on client

• Communicate with client to provide the regular update on client's software/application

• Identify and troubleshoot issues and work with software development team to develop and implement solutions

• Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals and training materials
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years working experience in software trainer, software implementer, software engineer, IT sales or related fields

• Strong problem solving skills

• Good communication with English and Thai language

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Able to manage a time with vary client’s time zone

• Able to travel to client sites in Thailand and other countries
