Job Description
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Manage the data customer quality issues.
Proactively handle customers’ enquiries on trading-related.
Take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain proper documentation for claims, report and corrective actions
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, such as updating customer information, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
Create and maintain information repository including user guides, FAQ’s, training materials and knowledgebase article.
Report and monitor project progress to successfully deliver results according to the target timeline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
Have experience 1-3 years will be advantage
Automotive (Power product) background. (advantage)
Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to join in teams work and work under pressure.
