Define and design the credit culture and roadmap to transform to designed culture of commercial lending to guild behavior based on the right and wrong within a commercial context & situation
Identify credit skill and knowledge necessarily required and gap assessment for the relevant staffs to work along credit ETE process i.e. RM, credit product, etc.
Draw a detailed training roadmap to credit skill and policy knowledge development by aiming to equip the right knowledge and skill set to the relevant staffs and to increase the Bank’s income and credit quality as long-term aspiration
Draw the key milestone and evaluation process according to the training course for further implementation
Develop content and coordinate with value chain to jointly align train roadmap and execution with other sale and/or product training to proper and realistic training schedule
Build KM for best practice and knowledge sharing and develop KM infra. for credit product
Design and develop quality assurance framework, mechanism and action for credit products to ensure credit quality and work standard across function in end-to-end credit process
Undertake credit and assurance review in line with agreed levels for all lending decisions and report finding, against credit policy, credit product guideline, and credit process
Analyze root cause and feedback / raise issues to credit product manager, RM and related functions for remediation (communication or product/process improvement)
Monitor and analyze change of credit portfolio both in term of customer behaviors, customer’s business performance and customer’s late payment and propose result to RM (who is full res. For credit monitoring) to protect or act.
Develop credit product portfolio model to manage credit risk and recommend solution for improving economic profit to RM/PM
Design and develop standard credit portfolio monitoring and early warning procedure and tools to monitor and credit performance to support RM and management properly and timely
Track and Support RM for their compliance or risk with credit portfolio monitoring
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related fields
Minimum 5-8 years of corporate credit analysis, Portfolio/Risk management experience in a leading bank or financial institutions.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Understanding of local and global industry and market trends.
Having knowledge in Banking Business and Corporate Banking Products.
Direct experience in WB Portfolio/Risk management is an advantage.
