We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented member to join our Seller Performance team - Seller & Assortment scope. You will own one or more workstreams end-to-end - the scope of ownership and level of independence scale with experience. Core responsibilities include:

Seller Ecosystem Health

• Monitoring seller and assortment health data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the platform
• Building and maintaining trackers and reports that give leadership a reliable, recurring view of seller and assortment performance
• Diagnosing gaps in assortment coverage and quality, and translating findings into actionable sourcing and growth initiatives
• Supporting the design and execution of programs that drive assortment growth and seller engagement
• Coordinating with various teams (BD, BI, Product, Regional) to help execute seller and assortment initiatives
• Analyzing performance data to optimize program design and enhance seller/assortment outcomes

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, BI/analytics, or seller/category management, with a track record of owning a workstream or project end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
• Effective communication in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Experience navigating and managing complex workflows in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Previous experience with the e-commerce industry
