Be Coordinator of QA team and frontline to categorize the client complain.
Be Centric of local team and reginal team to review and handling the client complain with accuracy and timeliness.
Support for product registration for both new and existing products.
Be organized also detail oriented and able to maintain organized electronic, paper files and record for QA information.
Providing effective quality action plan, support for quality action base on Local and Global regulation.
Actively participates in any update of Quality strategies or action requirement to BC in conjunction with other department in Medical Division and related Section.
Serve on project for Complain handling Improvement Process.
Comply to organization policy practices and standard of company and authority regulation to support business and prevent negative impacts in operation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher: Scientific or related field
1-5years of experience in QA for medical devices
Good command in English
Excellent in MS, Familiar with Salesforces is an advantage.
Familiar with PAE, Thai FDA would be advantage.
Have logical skill and can work independent.
Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline efficiently.
