Participate in the early development cycle, drive quality and adherence to specifications, and provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies - daily standups, sprint planning, test estimation, retrospectives, etc.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities.
Obtain, create, and maintain test cases and test data needed for test execution.
Ensure test tools and data are high quality, fully traceable, and updated daily.
Work with the team to perform test result analysis and root-cause analysis of the defects found to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to maintain quality standards.
Provide test documentation which includes test plan, test case scenarios, test execution reports (manual and/or automation), test summary reports, and defect reports.
Advise and assist customers with acceptance testing scripts, training, demos, and follow-up for production setting of live software products.
Initiate and maintain test automation.
Embed the quality best practices and processes within the development team.
Provide mentorship to other associates, and coach junior QA on testing expertise.
The Qualifications
Thai nationality working in Bangkok, Thailand
5 years + related QA work or equivalent work experience.
Excellent ability to understand software requirements and specification documents.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong ‘hands-on’ experience developing test scripts for all phases of the software life cycle.
Able to test functional, non-functional, and static requirements.
Experience with API Testing.
Good knowledge of debugging with the help of developer tools like logs, databases, analytic tools, crash reports, etc.
Prior exposure to collaborating tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Google Docs, and internal Wiki.
Experienced in test automation (such as Robot Framework, Cypress, etc.) or performance tests (JMeter, K6).
Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
The Advantage
