Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor test strategies for our enterprise SaaS solutions, ensuring product robustness and reliability before release.
• Utilize various automation test tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and JMeter to ensure our software's consistency and functionality.
• Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using the aforementioned tools.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and management to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning.
• Contribute to the team's shared understanding and application of testing methodologies and automation tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing timely updates and responding constructively to feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience 4 years above
• Strong experience planning and implementing test strategies for enterprise SaaS solutions, ensuring their robustness and reliability before release.
• Proven expertise in multiple automation test tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and JMeter.
• Ability to develop and maintain automation test scripts for the mentioned tools, ensuring our software's consistency and functionality.
• Comprehensive understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases to facilitate in-depth and effective testing.
• Extensive experience working in Scrum teams, promoting agility and responsiveness.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and managing less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning.
• Exceptional team player skills with a drive for continuous improvement and a shared vision of success.
• Interest in Financial and investment IT systems is considered a plus.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, are vital.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate clear and effective dialogue with team members and stakeholders alike.
