Senior PT Business Partner (Business Analyst)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Review & analyze business workflow, Design and develop E2E standardized process in collaboration with related parties to ensure that Customer Experience, Efficiency and Risk have been optimized.
2.Work with Business Units (Value chain) and propose the proper cross functional process improvement. In case of system development require, coordinate with value chain and IT team to provide IT solution/system as business needed.
3.Promote, support and enhance Business Process to achieve Process Excellence i.e. Automation, Robotic.
4.Design / Review and Support Authority Management / User Metrix (RBAC) for good governance, balance and control Review Operating Procedure document when required (ie. annual review , high impact from process / organization changed).
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or related field.
2.Process improvement experience in banking or financial institution at least 7 years.
3.Self motivation, commitment and ability to work under pressure environment.
4.Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
