PAC sessions engaging New ECPs, Experienced ECPs and KOLs
Provide support at J&J-ECP meetings
ECP follow-up including clinical Patient Management troubleshooting
Assessment and communication of the professional landscape to PA
Performs other related duties as assigned by Management
Conduct TVCI, ACUVUE workshop, group training
Provide internal training o Monthly basis >>> submit topic
Create local KOL with Eye Doctor and Optometrist o Support marketing
Join Call with CDE for trouble shooting & field coaching to CDE
RA o Support product & technical
Qualifications
Training o Minimum education - Optometry qualification o Leadership, motivational and consultancy-providing skill
2-3 years of Experience in optical industry
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency in reading, listening, speaking and writing skills
Volume or unit measure of Job Duties Minimum of 68 stores for in-store training per month o Minimum of 1 ECP group meeting per POA cycle
Equipment usage or abilities needed o Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication o Automobile driving and history of safe driving
