Job Description
- Overseeing the crisis management program, providing a consistent and efficient approach to developing crisis response plan and tools and practices to drive proactive crisis preparedness and crisis response in the event of a significant disruption.
- Response to crisis events (cyber and physical disasters) with the potential to significantly impact care delivery and critical business operations enterprise-wide.
- Design and execute detailed crisis management exercises to test the organization's preparedness.
- Develop targeted training programs for crisis response teams and all employees
- Lead a review to assess the response effectiveness and integrate lessons learned into the crisis management plan to continually refine and improve the protocols.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any related field.
- 5-10 years experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery and managing multiple resiliency functions in any field of facility management.
- Strong understanding in real estate business with ability to apply this knowledge in crisis scenarios.
- Professional certifications in Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) will be advantage
