Manage and coordinate multiple assigned projects simultaneously with comprehensive understanding in various project aspects including progress tracking, commercial terms, related legal and tax processes and documentations as well as financial impact to company.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and presentations including the work breakdown structure both in Thai and English.
Ensure all key tasks are completed within the timeline by responsible parties.
Excel in both verbal and written communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Proactive in identifying and addressing issues, finding creative solutions to challenges that arise from assigned projects.
Negotiate and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders relevant to the assigned projects.
Attend or participate in and prepare the Minutes of Meeting of all meetings relevant to the assigned projects.
Conduct risk management assessments to minimize project risks and give a red flag or reminder to all relevant stakeholders ahead of time.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under pressure.
