Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Develop internal audit strategies and ensure effective execution.
• Initiate audit tools and methodology to support the audit department’s strategy achievement.
• Enhance internal audit operation according to standard and professional practices.
• Involve in audit planning, develop audit program and test plan in responsible and/or assigned area
• Review and assess adequacy and efficiency of internal controls base on risk assessment
• Perform testing and ensure test results are appropriately provided and communicated in complex areas
• Ensure work papers contain adequate evidence to support audit findings
• Supervise, coach and review performance of subordinators
• Lead audit fieldwork to meet cost efficiency
• Communicate audit result and provide consultation to auditees
• Prepare and present audit findings and draft internal audit report
• Responsible for other jobs as assignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 8 years' experience in Internal Audit field
• Experience in SAP implementation project would be of great advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and systematic thinking skills
• Good command of English and computer literacy
