Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for the homepage and thumbnail on the website, mobile app, and social platforms

• Continually improve the design of each assigned brand in terms of engaging its target audience

• Keep up to date on the latest trends in design, including AI-powered tools and workflows

• Work across digital and traditional print media

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the company, ranging from marketing to product, brand, etc.

• Help us establish design standards and build systems that allow us to move fast while maintaining the integrity of our visual brand/identity

• Support the creation of animations, motion graphics, and short-form video ads (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

• Contribute ideas and execution for video editing, shooting concepts, and visual storytelling when needed

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager

• 3+ years of experience working in visual & brand design

• A portfolio of work that carries your unique signature

• Experience working on visual design systems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders

• Experience creating KV, animations, and social ads videos (Facebook, TikTok)

• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma

• Knowledge of motion design/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents)

• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong growth mindset: eager to learn fast, adapt to new technologies (especially AI in design), and continuously improve

• Ability to adapt quickly, with curiosity and willingness to explore new creative techniques

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or a related field is a plus
