Manage website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics (or similar platforms) to evaluate user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion performance.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools for SEO, SEM, website optimization, and marketing automation to support campaign performance and digital growth.

Optimize digital marketing performance through A/B testing, content optimization, and data-driven decision making across social media and website channels.

Develop and oversee digital campaign performance, including KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures to ensure continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness.

Identify trends and opportunities from digital data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support marketing strategy and campaign optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and marketing managers) to identify opportunities for improvement and drive digital growth initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field

At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing communication, Digital Marketing and Events Management related fields that have attention to details with superior organizational and negotiation skills
