Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy Development:

• Generate local insights, innovative ideas and strategies with a creator-first focus across multiple social platforms, primarily TikTok, but also Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
• Develop creative solutions to solve complex campaign objectives and to meet business needs.
• Continuously researches and analyzes emerging trends in marketing, technology, and creative practices. Identify and adopt innovative approaches to incorporate new technologies and trends into creative strategies.
• Improve creative strategy development workflow and quality alongside industry best practices.

Concept Generation and Ideation:

• Conceptualizing ideas for pitches and client campaigns.
• Pitching and presenting ideas to external business partners.

Campaign Execution:

• Work together with the Accounts team to ensure the execution of specific campaign elements, making sure adherence to the overall strategy and timelines.
• Support Brand Storytelling and Messaging.
• Support with the crafting of effective messaging that aligns with brand values, communicates key messages coherently, and drives desired actions.
• Provide consultation for clients in relation to our products, processes and social landscape.

Requirements:

• Strong creative mind with 2-3 years of creative or digital agency experience
• In-depth knowledge of key social media channels primarily TikTok, but also Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
• Knowledge of social media content ecosystem, especially videos and memes
• Knowledge of developing marketing strategies for cross content execution
• Experience working with a team in conceptualizing and producing content
• Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
• Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately with keen attention to detail
• Experience in working in creative advertising industry with exposure in creating video content for digital formats is a key advantage
• Possess professional command of English and Thai
