Senior Content Moderator for Artificial Intelligence

Role Responsibilities:

• Research, create and edit short-form written content (examples are short blog posts, emails, brief essays, story synopses, summaries, cover letters, etc.) while adhering to factual accuracy and style guidelines for voice and creativity
• Analyze and evaluate short-form written content for factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
• Provide high-quality reasoning traces that (a) break down a problem step-by-step: clearly and logically explain the thought process behind solving a problem, making sure to include all relevant information and assumptions, (b) solve problems without skipping steps: avoid making leaps in logic or leaving out crucial information that is necessary to arrive at the correct answer, and (c) arrive at the correct answer: demonstrate a strong understanding of the subject matter and the ability to apply logic and reasoning to reach the desired outcome.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent writing skills, as evidenced by writing samples, work history, and academic coursework
• Professional writing experience preferred (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Native English speaker
• High level of creativity, logic and reasoning skills
• Able to work independently and with a low level of supervision
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts
• Proven experience in logic and reasoning, and instruct.
• Experience in adversarial prompt work, text translation, and complex multilingual writing.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in the following subject matter domains:
