Job Description

  • Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring: Maintain continuous oversight of network, server, and cloud infrastructure using Amazon CloudWatch and CloudWatch Logs to ensure the stability of core services including S3, Athena, Event Bridge, and DynamoDB.

  • Real-time Incident Management: Respond to alerts and system events in real-time, performing technical triage and troubleshooting for network latency, hardware failures, and connectivity issues.

  • Routine Maintenance & Security: Execute regular system health checks (Nodes/Container/CPU/Memory usage) and support system patching and security event mitigation to ensure environment integrity.

  • Technical Escalation & Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between the support desk and Tier 2/3 engineering or AWS Support, while collaborating with Implement teams on CI/CD pipelines and Lambda provisioning.

  • Operational Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Monthly Incident Reports, and Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) reports for effective problem management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in application support or IT operations, with mandatory experience in AWS Cloud environments.

  • Basic expertise in AWS infrastructure management and cloud-native services.

  • Proficiency in issue tracking tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems under pressure.

  • Functional English communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder coordination

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is required.

  • ITIL Foundation is preferred
