Negotiate and convince partners (Ecommerce Key Accounts) to cooperate and integrate with Zalopay.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all merchants (MC) account matters.
Identify and plan for the growth among existing merchants. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve MC performances via campaigns & initiatives.
Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed.
Collaborate with Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with Zalopay.
From 2 years experiences with Key Account roles, candidates who have background of Retail, , eCommerce will be a plus
