Senior Art Director

Job Description

• Lead the visual concept development and execution of pitching to new and existing clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including planner, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive and impactful digital solutions.
• Present and articulate creative strategies and concepts to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating their potential impact on business goals.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with the creative strategy and meets our clients' objectives.
• Support Creative strategist Manager to develop and recommend on creative process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital design and technology, and integrate them into our creative processes.
• Communicate creative campaign performance and key insights to our clients, cross-functional team.

Specific Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Art Director or a similar role in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative digital projects across various platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend creative concepts.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
