Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor relations.
• Prepare and manage accruals and prepaid accounts.
• Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and ensure accurate recording of assets.
• Record and reconcile salaries in the general ledger.
• Maintain detailed and accurate balance sheets for three separate entities.
• Actively participate in the year-end audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the migration and improvement of the company's accounting software systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an accounting firm.
• Thai CPD licence holder.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
