Ensure company is able to collect payments on time, manage budget, gain margin for new contracts of all new installation projects and monitor closely for final defect corrections
Work closely with Quality team to ensure product quality by promoting adherence of QA/QC processes
Emphasize strongly and promote safety culture by wearing PPEs and strictly adhere to safety processes at all time to the team
Coach the team on technical & safety issues
Involve and drive business strategy, ERM, Ethics and Compliance along with top management
Meet and participate clients' events and build good rapport with clients, vendors and main contractors (AP, ANANDA, ORIGIN, CDS, CP, Government, Universities and etc.)
Perform monthly safety/quality audits at installation job sites
Provide project cost data/report to Finance when required
Accompany NE Sales team to present products to clients
Present quarterly to Regional Management team on construction’s performance
Launch project initiative for product safety, quality and cost reduction
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Min. 8 years of working experience in similar industries and min. 5 years of experience as team manager for project/ site engineers
Excellent communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
Strong in negotiation and able to influence business decision
Good business acumen
A leader and a team player who enjoys working in dynamic business environment
