Salesforce Sales Cloud BSA [Healthcare]

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, with the ability to analyze business requirements and determine whether solutions should be implemented via configuration or customization. A basic understanding of APEX is required to support this decision-making process.

RESPONSIBILTIES
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Assess requirements to determine if they can be addressed through standard Salesforce configuration or require APEX-based customization.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide documentation and training to end-users as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA, specifically with Sales Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities (e.g., workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules).
• Basic knowledge of APEX code structure and logic to evaluate customization needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
