What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you will also:
• Sell and promote the sales of Oracle Hospitality Solution to customers including
negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale
• Build working relationships with license, consulting and education field
managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans
• Must be a proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to
take initiative and ownership of the sales territory.
• Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to
prospective and existing customers
• Handle sales through forecasting, account prioritisation, account strategy,
and planning
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
• Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value
proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers

• Account management capacity with sales experience in selling to hospitality customers
• Experienced in building long term relationships with the hotel chains
• Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills – able to lead negotiations with IT
directors/general managers and owners of the properties
• Good presentation style – able to present professionally and eloquently to senior executives
• Independent and mature worker who requires minimal direction – a self starter who can balance the
demands of the role and prioritize time and workload
• Bachelor's degree of a relevant subject area with minimum 10 years' applicable experience of sales
experience
• Excellent communication and closing skills with shown successful sales track record with the ability
to penetrate and drive new and existing accounts
• Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors Interaction with C level players
• Minimum 5 years' sales experience within hospitality or technology industry
• Candidate should also have their own means of transport as client calls are crucial for the role
• Ability to resolve customer happiness and partner concern issues
• Validated interpersonal skills, ability to present to large and small audiences
• Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
