Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
As a sales executive, you will be dealing exclusively with event organizers, acquiring new clients, whilst servicing and managing existing clients, handling their needs, and developing sales and marketing strategy for customer acquisitions. Professional standards and etiquette should always be upheld, as well as being able to adapt your conversation style to that of the individual clients as well as building good rapport with them.
• Develop and lead initiatives to better serve our clients. This includes guiding them through the process, assisting them whenever needed, alongside the creation, editing, and filtering of any content submitted by the clients .
• Acquiring new event organizers to expand our client base.
• Managing clients on an interpersonal level to best accommodate their needs.
• Managing client's needs and deliver the best results for the clients.
• Assisting and developing sales and marketing strategies for customer acquisition.
• Meeting company sales goals..
• Undertaking other positions or assignments as and when required by the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, communication or related sales.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking of the Thai language.
• Sales DNA.
• Competitive nature.
• Extremely eager to learn and win.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation and selling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate to a professional audience.
• Service minded.
• Self-motivated and self-learning capability.
• Ability to manage time and prioritization of work tasks.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
