    Sales - Enterprise Business Development Manager

    Full-Time

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify macroeconomic risks and opportunities affecting the performance of Thailand’s channel in both the short and medium term.
    • Develop strategic plans to enhance business performance in collaboration with Account Managers.
    • Design and implement management tools to improve the capability and efficiency of the Sales Team. These tools include reports, analytical insights, processes, and templates.
    • Work closely with the Central Business Management Team and Sales Team to design and execute business development programs (e.g., financial solutions, leasing, trade-in initiatives, and bundled offerings) tailored to channel partners within the country.
    • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with channel partners at all levels, in coordination with Account Managers. Oversee performance management, execute consumer programs, and optimize the sales of Apple products to end-users.
    • Represent the Apple brand with the highest level of professionalism at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong business planning capabilities, with the ability to develop and implement processes that lead to innovative and commercially viable sales strategies.


    Key Qualifications:

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify critical challenges, assess available options, and recommend strategic solutions.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the local channel structure, emerging market trends, and competitor activities, with the ability to capitalize on opportunities.
    • Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior executives.
    • Prior experience in strategy consulting or business development is highly desirable.
    • Strong enthusiasm, personal drive, and the ability to maintain a professional yet engaging demeanor.


    Education & Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
