RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate & drive the strategy partnership business development.

• Researching and identifying B2B sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification, making presentations, pitches to C-level.

• Negotiate and execute partnership contracts and ensure compliance of all parties including key baseline materials such as guidelines, templates and checklists for partnerships.

• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing corporate clients.

• Closely coordinate with other teams for the efficient implementation of partnership contract.

• Other project management works as assigned by line manager.

• Monitor and coordinate with the development team, handle issues related to the projects of the customers under management.

• Customer care.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related fields.

• 1+ year of experience in software development/outsourcing/product B2B sales.

• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, dynamic, outgoing with demonstrated ability to develop new corporate relationship as well as maintaining existing relationships.

• Entrepreneurial and innovative in problem-solving within the product and corporate guidelines.

• A strong team player who is able to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

• Past success with a similar role in education and/or services-related products.

• Strong ability to communicate and present in both English and Japanese.
