Oversee daily operations to ensure strict compliance with HSE standards at solar energy project sites. 

Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, or non-compliance with safety regulations. 

Ensure proper and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel and contractors. 

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols. 

Investigate and document all incidents, accidents, and near-miss events; analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions. 

Collaborate with Safety Manager, project managers, site engineers, and contractors to implement continual safety improvements. 

Serve as the primary on-site contact for all safety-related concerns and provide timely support and guidance. 

Encourage and maintain a proactive safety culture through clear communication and team engagement. 

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, ideally within the EPC, construction, or renewable energy industries. 

Direct experience with solar PV projects is highly preferred. 

Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001). 

Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving abilities. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
