Responsibilities

• Work with sales frontline team to optimize routing by digital routing.
• Governance the route compliance via route productivity KPI.
• Collaborate with local management teams acting as the project lead to develop routing project plans and facilitate the implementation process for each division, including cross-functional management participation.
• Plan and organize the ongoing route efficiency strategic calendar of projects in order to accurately support AOP commitments.
• To drive route efficiency and profitability by digital routing for all route and re-routing at least 2 times/year.
• Driving governance on route compliance through route KPI
• Build and coach AS&D Sup to understand how to use GTM tools ie digital routing map, geo fencing and routing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-4 years experiences in business administration
• Excellence computer literature in Microsoft office, Google map
• Good in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
• Able to travel and stay in up country
• Fair command of written and spoken English communication
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Good analytical skill
