Collaborate and work cross functionally with a wide array of partners (i.e. Community Manager, Regional Manager, and Learning & Leadership Manager) to all areas of store operations: asset protection, inventory counts, store technology, operations calendar, consumables, etc.
Support the stores with in the moment solutions (from all aspects of the business) from your store experience, at times this may result in after hours support.
Work closely with your SSC partners locally and globally to drive/consult around new innovative processes alongside refining existing processes. This will include supporting implementation/roll-out in stores.
Develop communication strategies to support the roll-out and implementation of regional projects/initiatives.
Facilitate follow-up support and feedback collection on communication, projects and initiatives.
Through successfully managing and executing a variety of projects, enrolling local and international stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional partners within the business.
Provide data analysis to support market business and result of projects and initiatives.
Provide first hand support to the store and coordinate with other functions on IT, Finance, P&C, Logistics, Product, etc.
Identify and make recommendations to elevate the current way we are operating.
Manage the Opening and Optimisation process of new and existing stores in collaboration with Market Director, Regional Manager, and Store Development Team to ensure a smooth opening process utilizing checklists and timelines.
To be present in stores at least once a week.
Qualifications
5+ years experience ideally within a retail environment
Ability to speak and read Thai & English is a must
Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
